According to the daily, the amendments propose a full ban on outdoor advertisements of alcoholic beverages, i.e., cancellation of the existing exceptions for beer, beer cocktails with alcohol-free drinks and wine and cider of natural fermentation.

The alcohol ad ban is also proposed for TV, with the exception of late-night broadcasts and live broadcasts of international art, culture and sports events. Currently, alcohol advertisements are not allowed on covers of newspapers, magazines and books, with a proposal to extend the ban to inner pages of the publications as well.
