The store would occupy around 2,500 square meters within the mall, Lina Volodzkienė, sales manager at Panorama, told BNS.
She would not specify when the store would be opened.
The first H&M outlets in Lithuania should be opened in Akropolis malls in Vilnius and Klaipėda in the fall of 2013.
H&M said in January that it planned to open 275 new stores in Bulgaria, Latvia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Mexico this year. H&M is the third largest clothes retailer worldwide after Spain’s Inditex and US Gap.
The company, established in Sweden back in 1947, has around 2,500 stores in 43 countries and employs a workforce of 94,000.
