Edwards tallied 32 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists as Julius Randle (33 points, 5 rebounds, 5 3PM) and Naz Reid (19 points, 13 rebounds) added 52 points in the win. DeMar DeRozan (26 points, 8 reb), Keegan Murray (23 points, 11 rebounds) and Domantas Sabonis (24 points, 8 rebounds) combined for 73 points for the Kings. The Timberwolves move to 1-1 while the Kings fall to 0-1.
