Who saw this coming? Thon Maker, a top high school prospect, has decided to forgo a college career and jump straight to the NBA. He was able to do so because he graduated high school a calender year before the draft, which is the requirement to be eligible. This adds a whole new element to the 2016 NBA Draft because Thon has been under the microscope of NBA scouts since his 8th grade year.
