On Wednesday, the entire Kaunas "Žalgiris" team, assembled for the 2024–2025 season, gathered for the first time in the "Žalgirio" arena's practice hall.
The "Žalgiris" players dedicated the first part of the practice, which lasted about an hour, to physical exercises. Immediately afterward, they took the ball in hand and spent more than an hour laying the foundation for the upcoming season's gameplay.
After the practice, strength and conditioning coach Justinas Grainys, along with "Žalgiris" players Edgaras Ulanovas and Brady Manek, shared their impressions of the first practice with "Žalgiris TV."
