According to the list of Birių Krovinių Terminalas’ shareholders submitted to the Center of Registers, as of April 16, Belaruskali owned 30 percent of shares in Birių Krovinių Terminalas. Udovickis held a 40-percent stake and his family members the remaining 30 percent.

Belarus’ Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich stated in public last week that the deal on the sale of shares in the Lithuanian stevedoring company was worth 30 million US dollars. Vidmantas Dambrauskas, CEO of Birių Krovinių Terminalas, then told BNS that the sum was not entirely accurate.

Udovickis would not make any comments about the deal to BNS last week.
