The business centre will be comprised of two 6- and 9- storey buildings, with a two-level underground parking lot. The combined area of the two buildings will make up almost 7,000 square metres. Some of the premises will be made available for purchase as business offices, with the remainder allocated as rental properties. Construction of K22 is due to be completed in Q4 2022.
“We are glad to have reached an agreement with UAB Conresta regarding the construction of this business centre. Given the rising costs of construction materials and intense activity within the construction sector, we were inevitably faced with increased building costs. However, we appreciate the professionalism of Conresta’s team in managing these risks, suggesting ideas and making good decisions, which allowed us to reach an agreement and begin construction works on the business centre on time. We hope that this project will build firm foundations for future cooperation between our companies,” says Eimantas Baravykas, managing director at UAB Eigesa.
One of the two buildings within the business centre will be nine storeys high, which will allow the people working in these offices to enjoy the beautiful views of the Old Town. The building’s modern architecture reflects and blends in with the reviving neighbourhood of Naujamiestis. This innovative business centre will include an open-air terrace for employees to enjoy, as well as bike storage facilities, bicycle and scooter charging points, and high-speed elevators. Each office will feature a tall ceiling (up to 3.2 meters high), modern heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, while the A+ energy class will ensure low operating costs.
“We are proud that the client recognised our modern outlook and technologically advanced solutions, trusting us with the construction of this business centre. We aim to work with partners who value high quality and sustainability because these are the projects of the future – intended for future generations. The experience and competences we have accumulated allow us to find and implement the best solutions not only in construction but also in adapting during this period of unpredictable price increases and unstable timeframes for material supply. This ensures smooth completion of the project and meeting the client’s needs,” says Lukas Laukaitis, CEO of UAB Conresta.
The business centre is due to emerge in Naujamiestis – one of the most exciting areas of Vilnius. K22 will join the nearby Uptown Park business centre and Tech Loft. The area will also welcome Cyber City business park, currently under construction, in the near future.
