‘UAB Darnu Group’ has acquired a 4.2 ha plot on the other side of Ukmergės Street, where it will continue the construction of the second complex of premises suitable for trade, production, offices and storage. It is planned to allocate a part of the territory to a built to suit project designed according to the individual needs of the customer.

‘The fact that we saw an empty niche in the Vilnius market on time undoubtedly contributed to the successful sale and reservation of premises in the first building of ‘Vilnius Business Park’. However, the most important factors for success are the uniqueness of the product and the unique concept of the project. Firstly, both complexes will be located in a very visible and easily accessible place on Ukmergės Street. Secondly, there is already a well-developed infrastructure, as well as a business park being formed, which will be taken over by a core of successful representative companies that will create business synergies and useful relations. Thirdly, we have been operating in the real estate sector for almost thirty years now, so we already have a lot of experience in creating projects for various purposes, which definitely creates added value and security for future buyers or tenants’, says Sigita Survilaitė-Mekionienė, General Manager of ‘UAB Darnu Group’.

The construction of the 24 thousand square metre ‘Vilnius Business Park’, located next to one of the busiest arteries of the capital - the Western Bypass, is already under way. Premises can be either purchased or rented. More than 70% of the premises of the first complex have already been sold or reserved. The leaders of various sectors, companies selling medical equipment, electronics, household appliances and decorative items, will be located in the first building of ‘Vilnius Business Park’.

The premises for various purposes have been divided into 42 separate blocks, each of which takes up 460–650 square metres. If necessary, they are easy to modify and can be connected to each other and adapted to individual needs. The first complex will be equipped with convenient access and a spacious parking lot for 540 cars.

The area occupied by ‘Vilnius Business Park’ that is currently being built, including the adjacent ‘Apranga’ group administrative and logistics centre, takes up 8.5 hectares in total. In the second stage of the construction of the new 4.2 ha plot, there are plans to turn another 19 thousand square metres into different premises and build a car park. It is planned that the second stage of the construction of ‘Vilnius Business Park’ will start in December of this year and the premises will be taken over by the customers at the end of 2022.
