"The process is ongoing. Possibly, they will manage to finalize the transaction by the end of the month," Antanas Pranculis told BNS.
It was announced back in August 2012 that the deal had virtually been finalized, but the closing date has been repeatedly pushed back. BNS has information that in January, there were at least two dates when the sale was expected to be completed.
