Land underneath Vilnius Žalgiris Stadium still unable to attract any buyers

The land underneath Žalgiris Stadium and Vilnius Concert and Sports Palace, which is owned by bankrupt Ūkio Bankas, has not yet attracted any buyers, the vz.lt news portal reports.

Market players told the news portal on condition of anonymity that attempts to find potential buyers for the stadium’s land of 84,600 square meters, which covers four land parcels, had so far been unsuccessful.

Summa Advisers, an investment banking company, asked the potential investors to submit an expression of interest by June 7, in which case they would be sent a comprehensive description of the property, i.e., an info memo.

However, the memo has not yet been prepared. What has been done is just a description for investors, largely of a promotional nature.
