Lithuania ranks 79th worldwide by gold reserves

Lithuania this month ranks 79th in the world in terms of gold holdings, unchanged from February, according to the latest data from the World Gold Council (WGC).

Lithuania 's physical gold holdings remain unchanged at 5.8 tons, accounting for 3.6 percent of the country's total official reserves in March.

According to the latest data, Latvia ranks 71 st in the world with 7.7 tons of gold, while Estonia is not on the list of the top 100 gold holders.

The United States has the world's largest official gold holdings, at 8,100 tons.
