Lithuania: Rolandas Virsilas nominated to Teo's management board

TeliaSonera, the majority shareholder of Teo LT, has nominated Rolandas Virsilas, the CEO of Lithuania's beer market leader Svyturys-Utenos Alus, as a member of the management board at the Lithuanian telecommunications company.

Other nominees include Mats Lillienberg, the chief technology officer at the IT services company SunGard Financial Systems, and Jens Loow, the chief financial officer of TeliaSonera's business area broadband services, Teo LT said a statement published on the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius website on Thursday.

The other three members of the six-strong board remain unchanged.

TeliaSonera holds an 88.15 percent stake in Teo LT.
