Lithuanian accelerator Tesonet expands offices, Green Hall Business Valley now at full capacity

Having grown one and a half times over the past year, cybersecurity solution company Tesonet is expanding its offices in the Green Hall 1 business centre in Vilnius and has signed a contract for letting a further 800 square metres of premises. The rapidly growing IT company’s offices at the Green Hall business valley are increasing in size by fifty per cent, reaching almost 2,400 square metres.

“Our business has been experiencing intensive growth for several consecutive years now. Seeing the rising demand for cybersecurity products, we intend to not only maintain this growth but also secure leading positions on the global cybersecurity market, and this leads to our team’s growth. To this end, Green Hall 1 is an excellent match for our needs in terms of both location and office infrastructure,” says Tesonet head of personnel Monika Okmanė.

“The past year was favourable for the development of information technology companies because, during the pandemic, demand for their services vastly increased. Tesonet is one of Lithuania’s flagship IT companies, and so it comes as no surprise that a company that settled with us exactly a year ago has increased by fifty per cent. The Green Hall business centre is adapted for IT companies and has created favourable conditions for the Lithuanian accelerator to develop here. This contract is also important to us in the sense that with it, the three buildings of the Green Hall valley, which combine for a total area of 21,000 square metres, are now at full occupancy,” explains Giedrius Cvilikas, general manager for the SBA Group company Urban Inventors, which is developing the business valley.

The extra office space will be set up for Tesonet in spring, and the IT company’s staff will work in a total of three floors of the Green Hall 1 business centre.

The business valley under development by the SBA Group company Urban Inventors hosts such international and Lithuanian companies as Moody’s, Citadele, Novartis, Tele2, Telesoftas, and Monday Office among others. Over the span of ten years, SBA invested 42 million euros into the three Green Hall business centres, with more than 0.5 million of this being allocated for landscaping and setting up green zones.
