The Polish news agency PAP has reported that the other two bidders are Poznan's municipal utilities company and a consortium led by Wroclaw's private housing administration company.
"If all proposals meet the criteria of the tender, we will invite the bidders to submit their financial offers," it quoted Magdalena Goscinska, a municipal official in Poznan, as saying.
The local government's real estate is now administered by the Poznan municipal utilities company, whose four-year contract expires on October 20, 2013. A new administrator is expected to be selected by that time. It is said that the current administrator has received around 7 million zlotys (EUR 1.7m) for maintaining the municipal property.
