“The construction of the Baltic nuclear power plant has been launched and continues without a project: there are no proofs that actual engineering and geological surveys, the evaluation of seismic risks at the site of the facility have been performed,” a report about the technical and economic terms of construction of the Baltic nuclear power plant, which was received by the daily, says.
