Apranga said in its 2012 performance report that SEB Bankas had extended the repayment of the working capital loan until November 30, 2013. This followed a one-year extension of the loan repayment in November 2011.

Nordea Bank last June extended the repayment of a 5-million-euro credit line granted to Apranga for two years, until June 30, 2014, according to the report.

Apranga CEO Rimantas Perveneckas has said that the agreement with SEB Bankas on further cooperation will help the group operate efficiently, develop its retail chain, and pursue new business opportunities.
