The Seimas Public Relations Unit said threatening emails with photos were sent from ukrainee@mail.ua to the Public Relations Unit's mailbox on 29 July and 3 August.
"Time will come and we'll turn on you for insulting the Slavic nations – Russian, Ukrainian, and Belorussian," one email, with attached photos of executions, says.
"Signs of criminal actions stipulated in the Penal Code might be found in the contents of these emails and photos, therefore, the Seimas Chancellery turned to the Prosecutor General's Office asking prosecutors to evaluate the contents of the emails and take necessary actions pursuant to existing laws," the Seimas Public Relations Units said.
