"I do not justify terrorism. I did not plan such actions and was going to Moscow for a visit," she told the court.

The 24-year-old said she got involved in the provocation network of the State Security Department when she was a teenager and was chosen because of her vulnerability.

Standing before the judges, Kusaitė read her prepared speech.

The Prosecutor General's Office has proposed to the court to find Kusaitė guilty of planning terror attacks in Chechnya and sentence her to 10 years in prison.

Following Kusaitė's closing speech, the court is to start writing the verdict.

Kusaitė was detained by SSD officers at Kaunas bus station in October 2009.
