The complaint was received from the Lithuanian Gay League, an LGBT-rights NGO, which said that the company had refused to lease them a bus because of the nature of the organization's activities.

A spokesperson from the Lithuanian Gay League said he wrote an email to a Vilnius transport firm, asking to lease a bus for three hours on 17 May. The company confirmed the booking later that day, indicating the service would cost 700 litas (EUR 200). The firm also asked to specify the route and if a tour guide would be needed.

Later, the client introduced himself as representing the Lithuanian Gay League and specified the details. Five days later, he received a notification that the booking was on hold, as the company was allegedly holding talks with organizers of another event in Klaipėda. The Lithuanian Gay League later asked the company to lease a bus for any date in May, but did not receive any answer. Finally, an answer was received that the negotiations were still in progress. The Lithuanian Gay League was advised to inquire other bus lease companies.
