Weather forecast: Milder weather ahead

The upcoming days should bring higher temperatures to Lithuania, with precipitation also in the forecasts.

According to the Hydrometeorological Service, temperatures should drop to -2 degrees during the night to Wednesday, with snow and sleet in forecast. 4 to 5 degrees Centigrade are expected on Wednesday. The day should be cloudy with bright periods.

Temperatures are not expected to drop below zero on Thursday night, with 0 to 2 degrees. The mercury should rise to 5 to 6 degrees during the day. Fog, rain and black ice are forecast for the night. Short rain is also expected on Thursday.
