Experts: offering dialogue A. Lukashenko is already desperate, no concessions will help

It is not worth taking seriously Alexander Lukashenko’s proposals on redistributing government authority by changing the Belarussian Constitution, Vilnius Institute of Political Analysis chief analyst Marius Laurinavičius says. According to him, A. Lukashenko is now desperate and furthermore has no one to negotiate with because there simply are no protest leaders. Other analysts hold similar views.
