Lithuania, Belarus, and Poland sign border crossing demarcation documents

Heads of Lithuanian, Belorussian, and Polish delegations at the joint commission for demarcation of the crossing point of the three borders have signed final demarcation documents.

The documents in connection to the crossing point titled Mara will step into force after receipt of the final report, which confirms that every of the three countries has completed the necessary domestic procedures, the Foreign Ministry has said.

"This is the third and last crossing of land borders to be demarcated," Lithuania's Foreign Ministry said in a press release.

Demarcation has already been complete of the crossings of the state borders of Lithuania, Belarus, and Latvia as well as of Lithuania, Poland, and Russia.
