No testing for all the ill: urging to not leave home and call if things get worse

“Lithuanians travel intensively. Perhaps among the most intensively travelling, but now this turns against us,” Minister of Foreign Affairs Linas Linkevičius says. Lithuanian citizens, who favour travelling, now could be potential carriers of the COVID-19 virus. According to healthcare specialists, there are at least 43 thousand such individuals, but there could be more if they did not self-isolate and transmitted the virus, which they might not even have known of, to their fellow countrymen. There would be more awareness if more citizens could be tested. But what could this change and are we really testing too little?
