A stock office is about to be constructed in Vilnius Business Park next to the headquarters of Apranga Group. The complex will house trading, office, warehousing and production facilities all under one roof. The facilities will occupy a total area of 24 thousand square meters divided into 42 separate blocks that can be easily connected together or modified to suit the needs of the companies. The project investments will amount to more than 20 million euro. The construction works should start by the end of the month and be completed in the first quarter of the next year.

According to Povilas Urbonavičius, Darnu Group Construction and Development Director, the general contractor for this unique project has been chosen with respect to the particularities of the stock office which require certain experience and knowledge.

“We are planning to finish the construction works in less than a year. Considering the scope and multifunctional purpose of this project, we will have to work fast. Our new partners have suggested innovative solutions that will ensure both high quality and speedy construction works,” said P. Urbonavičius.

“We are glad that Darnu Group has evaluated our many years of experience and has chosen us for the construction of this unique project in Vilnius. Over 15 years of operation, we have built about a hundred large facilities for trading, logistics and warehousing. Evidently, the need for new multifunctional facilities has been forming for some time in Vilnius market, though until now we have only witnessed sparks of its concept,” said Liutauras Šiekštelė, CEO of Binkauskas ir Stašinskas UAB.

Vilnius Busines Park will be located near Highway A2, at Ukmergės Street in Vilnius, where large numbers of potential clients pass by every day. The new facility complex will have a spacious parking lot for 540 cars. The entire area occupied by Vilnius Business Park, including the already functioning Apranga Group administrative and logistics centre, will be around 8.5 ha.
