The company’s supervisory council on Tuesday elected a five-strong board, which also includes Eglė Čiužaitė, Darius Kucinas, Adomas Birulis and Vidmantas Salietis, for a four-year term.
Lietuvos Energija (Lithuanian Energy) owns 96.13 percent of shares in Lietuvos Energijos Gamyba, which is quoted on the blue-chip Main List of the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange.
