According to the data available to the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry, a few dozen Lithuanians have registered with the Lithuanian Embassy in Cairo, however, their presence in Egypt could be larger.

No one turned to the embassy for assistance over the past few days.

Lithuania's Foreign Ministry has already advised against unnecessary trips to Egypt, a popular tourist destination.
