Polish president attending aunt's funeral in Lithuania

Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski is attending a funeral of his aunt Stefanija Marija Romer in Lithuania on Thursday.

Malgorzata Mozyro-Galan, spokeswoman for the Polish Embassy in Vilnius, informed BNS that the funeral service takes place in Vaidotai, Vilnius District, at the Church of the Conversion of St. Paul Apostle. Komorowski is attending the service and the funeral.

It's the Polish President's official visit. According to the embassy's spokeswoman, Komorowski is not scheduled to hold any meetings in Lithuania.
