"We are forced to adjourn due to illness of a member of the panel, Daiva Kazlauskienė," president of the panel Daiva Pranytė-Zalieckienė said in the court room. The next hearing is scheduled for April 17.

All of the defendants were present at the hearing including the party's leader Viktor Uspaskich and MP Vitalija Vonžutaitė who had earlier missed hearings due to illness.

April 14 will mark five years since the Labor Party's case reached court.
