MP Vytautas Gapšys read his testimony in court but refused to answer questions and pleaded not guilty.
Meanwhile, the party's former accountant Marina Liutkevičienė said she was guilty of bookkeeping deception but not fraud. She said she filled out cash authorization documents, while payments to employees were made by someone else.
"I am sorry for the bookkeeping actions I took," Liutkevičienė said.
The defendants made repeated testimony after the Court of Appeals revoked the ruling by a Vilnius court to separate the case of party leader Viktor Uspaskich into a separate one.
Sunday, April 14, marked five years since the Labor Party's case reached court.
The Labor Party is on trial for failing to include more than 24 million litas (EUR 6.9m) in income and 23 million litas in spending in its books in the 2004-2006 period. Charges have been brought against its leader Viktor Uspaskich, his deputy Vytautas Gapšys, MP Vitalija Vonžutaitė and the party's former accountant Marina Liutkevičienė.
Uspaskich pleads not guilty, saying the case against him is politically motivated.
