The return of the “Grey Eminence”? G. Landsbergis thinking of appointing A. Januška his advisor

Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis is considering appointing former veteran diplomat Albinas Januška, who earned the nickname “Grey Eminence” a dozen years ago due to his influence, as his advisor. According to 15min sources, The State Security Department and Special Investigation Service have already launched vetting processes regarding A. Januška’s reliability and regarding issuing him a permit to work with classified information so that he could hold this office.
