Lithuanian national football team's coach Csaba László resigns

Csaba László has stepped down as the head coach of the Lithuanian national football team, the Lithuanian Football Federation has announced on Thursday.

According to the press release, the decision on changes in the coaching staff was made due to different stances on the results of the past two years and the future of the team.

The contract with László, a Hungarian national, was terminated by mutual consent.

Since László's appointment as the head coach of Lithuania's national team in January 2012, 16 games resulted in two victories, four draws and ten defeats.
