Signed by World Economic Forum president Klaus Schwab, the letter says that Kubilius' contribution was highly appreciated during a recent summit in China.
"Your insights on the Lithuanian experience were received with tremendous interest by our participants. I am honored to invite you to pursue this conversation during the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2013, which will take place in Davos-Klosters from 23 to 27 of January," Schwab said in the letter to Kubilius.
In September, the Lithuanian prime minister attended the Annual Meeting of New Champions in Tianjin, China, which is organized by the World Economic Forum and is informally titled as the Asian or the summer Davos.
The 2013 meeting in Switzerland will be themed "Resilient Dynamism" and will include discussions on countries' ability to overcome economic and financial crises.
