Number of asylum seekers in Lithuania doubles, but their honesty is doubted

Asylum seekers from Tajikistan, Russia and other countries have found their way to Lithuania. This year, their number has nearly doubled according to statistics. The border guard and migration specialists do not hide that a large part of them are flooding to Lithuania due to economic and not political reasons because the foreigners arrive immediately with their children. Lawyers are also noted for increased activity, meeting Ukrainians already at the border and defending their interests in Lithuania.
