Medical SPA Eglės Sanatorija steps into the technology world—discover its mobile app

Medical SPA Eglės sanatorija presents an exceptional novelty among the organisations providing wellness services—an app for the clients arriving at the medical SPA. From now on, after downloading the app to their smartphone, the clients will be able to sign up and into their personal account where they will see a schedule of the treatments prescribed to them and get notifications about the upcoming treatments. From now on, they will not need to carry the treatment card along—all information will be stored on the phone.

The guests of the medical SPA will be able to see the medical SPA news, the calendar of upcoming leisure events as well; they will be able to mark the event they are interested in and get a reminder prior to the event. Moreover, one will be able to register malfunctions on the app. Likewise, the client will inform the employees effectively and quickly about the necessary help and service; when the need arises, have the gone light bulb replaced, malfunctioning TV remote control repaired, etc.

The app version is presented for the clients from this year’s June, but it is only the beginning. The app will be improved and have new features in the future for clients to be able to change the time of the treatments prescribed for them, cancel treatments, mark having arrived at the treatment procedure, and much more only with a single tap. The app is designed not only for the Lithuanian speakers, but for English, Russian, and German speakers as well.

Medical SPA Eglės sanatorija going hand in hand with modern technologies is moving forward and it is the first presenting the app of such type. “Smart technologies are taking over the world more and more, so we also want to go hand in hand with them, be flexible, and attractive for our clients who cannot imagine their lives without smartphones. We do this for the convenience of our clients and making it even more comfortable,” the Head of Marketing and Communication Department of medical SPA Eglės sanatorija Aistė Povilauskaitė comments the app deployment.
