A comprehensive risk management system will provide a platform to accurately define and monitor the schedule and budget during the entire lifecycle of Rail Baltica project. In addition, it will allow to anticipate and proactively manage potential issues, changes and risks associated with the implementation of the project across all countries. The implementation of a comprehensive risk management system was highlighted by the audit institutions in the Baltic States in their joint audit recommendations for Rail Baltica.

The Planning, Scheduling and Risk reporting software driven by Oracle Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud solutions was procured in a competitive international tender. Primavera P6 is widely used in construction industry and provides world class solutions for project planning, control and risk management. It is supplied and maintained by the Oracle Primavera P6 Gold Partner - PRM Yazilim Danismanlik Tic. Ltd. Sti - which will ensure the maintenance, lead employee training as well as provide necessary support over the entire contracting period. The system will be used by all Rail Baltica Implementing Bodies.
RB RAIL AS
RB Rail AS is a multinational joint venture of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania established to coordinate the implementation of the Rail Baltica Global Project, the first infrastructure project of this scale from Tallinn to the Lithuanian/Polish border. RB Rail AS, as the central project coordinator for the Global Project, is responsible for the development, construction and marketing of the railway project.
