Alex (Čižauskas) Tigani reports: In the last 18 months the Geelong Lithuanian community has accomodated world class Lithuanian athletes such as Rasa Leleivyte, Edita Pucinskaite, Ignatas Konovalovas, Ramūnas Navardauskas, Ricardas Berankis and Laurynas Grigelis and on the 30th of March 2012 carried on it's fine tradition of warm hospitality.
Ahead of 2012 UCI Track World Championships (to be held at Hisense Arena, Melbourne) four of Lithuania's top female track cyclists, alongside their trainer and masseur, made Geelong their home just as Lithuania's road cycling team had a year and a half earlier.....
