Produced in China using technique developed at the University of Hawai`i Insitute for Biogenesis Research at the John A. Burns School of Medicine. The IBR technique involves proprietary pmgenie-3 plasmids conferring active integration during cytoplasmic injection. A fluorescent green protein from jellyfish DNA is introduced into the pig embryo as a marker to show the method is sucessful.
