Total area to be compacted, lifted and re-levelled was 4,500 square metres. Another challenge besides geodetic issues consisted in the fact that Uretek team could only work outside opening hours, i.e. at night. It was not possible to move the shelves, all goods were covered, and works had to be finished by the time the store opened.
Using URETK technology was the only possible solution for the owner of the shopping centre, because closing the centre – even for a very short time – would have resulted in major financial setback.
Uretek Baltic OÜ completed the task successfully, there was no need to close the shopping centre for carrying out works and shoppers did not even notice that the centre was undergoing repairs.
