What does happen if you put your manual car in reverse whilst driving forward? Apart from grinding and crunching noises that will make ever petrolhead/gearhead wince for miles around? If you manage to get a manual gearbox in reverse whilst driving forwards it would be an impressive feat in the first place, but then what might happen if you then did release the clutch?
