Russian forces have taken control of the Belbek Airbase in the Crimea.
It's one of the few military bases in the region that's under Ukranian control. This comes as UN secretary General, Ban Ki Moon, calls for talks between Russia and Ukraine, to prevent the crisis from spreading beyond the region
