The ever-improving Artsiom Parakhouski was unstoppable on Friday in leading Nizhny Novgorod to a historic 109-90 victory over Anadolu Efes Istanbul. The dominance of the first-year center also netted Parakhouski bwin MVP honors for Top 16 Round 4. He was Nizhny's top scorer with a season-high 27 points and racked up a performance index rating of 37, which was the most of any player in the Top 16 to date this season.
