Anders Mol and Christian Sorum produced a dominant display to beat Latvian veterans Smedins/Samoilovs 2-0 (21-17, 21-13) in the 2018 CEV DELA Beach Volleyball European Championships gold medal game held in The Hague. Mol/Sorum finally ended a 21-year gold drought for Norway to become the youngest ever gold medallists in the history of this event.
