There were 3 helicopter drops of water from Japanese SDF Ch-47, each drop carrying about 3 tons of water. These 3 drops took place around 9 am or so Thursday morning Fukishima time. These drops were all that were done, as it was decided according to live NHK announcer that the plan no would shift to ground based water fire houses by police forces.
