On May 16th, the U.S. Embassy in Vilnius and the Tolerance Center of Vilna Gaon State Jewish Museum organized and streamed live to the internet a roundtable discussion with Dr. Timothy Snyder entitled „The Bloodlands: A Historical Analysis and Discussion". Other panelists included Dr. Jonathan Brent of YIVO, Dr. Saulius Suziedelis of Millersville University, and Dr. Sarunas Liekis and Dr. Egidijus Aleksandravicius of Vytautas Magnus University. The discussion closed with questions from the online audience, numbering over 50 viewing parties at Lithuanian schools and universities, and other regional partners and Embassies.
