WARNING: DISTURBING FOOTAGE: ABC's Four Corners has obtained footage showing a young boy being stripped naked and left crying. The boy, Dylan Voller, who was 14 at the time of the vision, was being held in isolation after threatening self harm. Three officers enter the room, grab him by the neck, strip him naked and leave him on the floor. The removal of his clothing is part of the centre's "at risk" procedure.
