Annette Larkins is 70 years old, but she looks decades younger. She's adhered to a strict raw vegan diet for the last 27 years, and a vegetarian one for 49. Most of her family members died young from cancer or were struck by diabetes; she, on the other hand, has enjoyed a nearly spotless bill of health and takes no medications whatsoever. She invited us into her Miami home on Friday, March 23, 2012 for a conversation about her lifestyle and her philosophy, as well as a tour of her lovely garden, from which she harvests much of her food.
