A farmer whose sheepdog took "control of a tractor" and ended up on a busy motorway has spoken of his relief that nobody was hurt in the incident. The bizarre event, which caused tailbacks on the road, was reported this morning by Traffic Scotland at junction 13 of the M74 near Abington in South Lanarkshire.
