A sensational final period allowed Zalgiris Kaunas to record a hugely impressive 85-73 victory over CSKA Moscow on a thrilling night at the Zalgirio Arena. The home team led most of the way but was only up by two points early in the fourth quarter, when a spectacular 16-0 surge put the game out of reach and improved Zalgiris to 17-12 with one round remaining, while table-topping CSKA drops to 23-6.
