The story behind "Come Home".
The first time I heard the piece ‘Come Home,’ I had the privilege of being in London attending the world’s best selling string quartet: Bond’s ‘20th year celebratory concert for their debut album Born.’ That night Bond surprised everyone with this beautiful song; it was the first time they had ever performed it live and the first time any of their fans had heard it. We were all deeply moved and almost in tears as the warmth of this song filled up the venue. That very same night, something else clicked inside me: Bond is the reason I picked up the violin many years ago, and today I feel honored to be able to record one of their original compositions. ‘Come Home’ has a special meaning to me because it brings many pieces of my life together: love, my passion for music, inspiration, the feeling of not belonging, solace and finally the joy of finding ‘home’.
