The discussion of Kelly Clarksons weight seems to be never ending.
I do respect other peoples opinions, but when I see a normal, healthy, talented girl like Kelly Clarkson being targeted, it kind of irritates me.
I looked at a video yesterday, where she was singing her heart out on The Tonight Show, and all people commented about was her weight!
This is why I wanted to upload this video, because these people, in the video, share the same opinion as me - especially the last part: She is a role model. She has stayed true to herself, and maybe it is just me being sentimental, but I find it really admirable the way she has handled her self in this crazy media driven world.
I can see that she isnt the skinniest girl out there, but I do not think she is overweight, because to HER it is her normal weight
not everyone is the same size
All girls are insecure about their weight, and for young girls watching a normal sized girl being looked down on for being normal??? Thats just not right in my book
I feel really silly to be writing this to a bunch of strangers, : )
but I think it is an important issue that needs to be addressed. And I just wanted young girls to know that it is okay to be normal.
...and now I realise I have rambled about this for too long sorry : )
